In just over a week, we're heading back to Mexico for March Break. We can't wait. It's been a while since we've vacationed and we're due for some R & R. And while you might wonder how any vacation with 2 kids under 3 years could possibly include the words: rest and relaxation- well, let me tell you, there's nothing like not having to plan one, single meal for 7 whole, glorious, sunshine filled days. There's also nothing like hanging out by the pool or at the beach without any TV or DVDs or computers or any form of technological devices. There's nothing like not having any agenda or commitments or appointments. To me, that's R & R.

It will be a completely different experience this year- last January, when we went to Playa del Carmen, Paisley was only 12 weeks old and Carys wasn't even 2 yet.
