Getting into the spirit of things

We started the decorating a little early. We chose one of the coldest days ever to put up some of the lights outside. Had we been smart like all the other neighbours, we would have put our lights up on one of those super mild days and we would have spared Darren some frozen fingers.

Carys is in love with reindeer so we got her one of these:

And, a crazy, crazy baby...

And, what's Christmas without an Advent calendar? And wine, of course.

And, today, we put up the Christmas tree, but our little Carys was a sick little bunny today so we'll decorate it when she's feeling better. We're so happy that our 7 footer finally has the space it deserves.
