...put the baby in a laundry basket and have the 2 year old pour all of her toys in with the baby. This makes for a happy baby. That's until the 2 year old takes it a little too far and it gets a little overkill with the toys and then it's time to find something else to keep the baby from crying- probably a nap. Or, put the 2 year old in the basket. That works too.... for a short time until they're both bored and I'm off to look for another no fail solution to keep these kids occupied for longer than 5 minutes. And, lord help me, because it's only 10:30 in the morning.
P.S. And, yes, it was a lot of fun picking up these toys and putting them in their respective baskets.
